    • Yes, the minimum order quantity to receive Groomers' prices is $335. It's always possible to order a smaller amount without the groomer discount.

  • What's the average shipping time?

    • If you're in the EU, US, or Canada, you can expect to receive the products in an average of 7 business days.

  • Why is your dilution rate so low compared to other brands?

    • Our dilution rate is 1:10 because it's not possible to have effective products with a dilution rate higher than that. Yes, you need a bit more shampoo and conditioner, but all the active ingredients you would normally have mix in or spray on are already inside them.

  • Do I qualify for a groomer's account?

    • As long as you groom dogs that are not yours, you are a groomer in our eyes.
