You would have received a five-star rating; however, there was an issue with the delivery, and the support team, or lack thereof, did not assist effectively with the situation. Despite their repeated references to the tracking information, the details indicated that the package had not moved for two weeks in a particular area. Consequently, I was somewhat surprised when it finally arrived.
